Cold War Era Seaforth Highlanders hair sporran. I've been told and have seen other vendors over the years list sporrans with this form of cantle as been the type worn by pipe-majors for the Seaforth Highlanders, so that is what I'm goign wih, though i admit I'm not 100% sure of about this. I'm also not sure if this sort of sporran was used by the British or Canadian Seaforths. Very decent sporran overall. Ecthed cantle and cones. Subtle convex dent in the central face of the cantle. Hair body is full and not shedding. Nice leather body with functioning pouch/pocket. Maker stamped as beign made by W. M. Andersons and Sons of Edinburgh and Glasgow.
