Genuine webbing belt used by American forces equipped with the Browning Automatic Rifle during the First World War. The belt features four pouches to carry BAR magazines, a double pouch for Colt 1911 magazines and a cup to the front for the rifle butt of the BAR, to stabilise the weapon and allow the user to fire from the hip while walking.
It is dated 1916 /17 and shows its age, but in an overall good condition. (Please look at the photos) last image shows a BAR for illustration purpose.
